How to Apply for Degree in AIOU Online

 

If you are a student of AIOU and want to apply for your degree online, here are the steps you need to follow:

• Download the degree application form from the AIOU website at this link.
• Fill the form carefully and make sure you spell your name and date of birth correctly, as they will appear on your degree.
• Generate an online challan form from the AIOU website at [this link] and pay the relevant degree fee (normal or urgent) at any branch of MCB, ABL, FWBL or UBL.
• Attach the following documents with your application form:
• A copy of your CNIC
• A copy of your final transcript or result card
• A copy of your paid challan form
• Two passport size photographs with blue background
• Send your application form and documents by post to the following address:

Controller of Examinations Block No. 3 Allama Iqbal Open University Sector H-8, Islamabad

Alternatively, you can also submit your application form and documents personally at the Examination Department of AIOU.

You can track the status of your degree online at this link by entering your roll number or registration number. You can also contact the AIOU helpline at (051) 111 112 468 for any queries or complaints.

Note: For normal cases, it takes at least one year to get your degree, and if you apply urgently, it will be issued within 45 days (working days only).
